Last summer my husband and I had the opportunity to take a road trip across the country to visit my parents. Dave and I had the opportunity to stop and rock climb and rent bikes for the day. It was a beautiful, challenging and inspirational experience. And while we often travel away for these types of adventures, I was reminded about the beauty that surrounds us here in the Midwest.
